Abstract

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2nd International Conference on Computer Vision and Data Mining on August 20-22, 2021, which is planned to held in Changsha, China. However, due to the spread of COVID-19, many countries have strict restrictions to travel aboard. Meanwhile, the safety of the participants is always the priority. We made a hard decision to hold the conference online.ICCVDM 2021 focused on Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Vision Science and Engineering, Software Process and Data Mining and so on. This conference aimed to boost development of the Greater Bay Area, expand channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, build a sharing platform of academic resources, promote scientific innovation on the global scale, improve academic cooperation between China and the outside world, enhance development of IAB (IT, AI, biomedicine) industries. It also aimed to encourage exchange of information on research frontiers in different fields, connect the most advanced academic resources in China and abroad, turn research results into industrial solutions, bring together talents, technologies and capital to boost development.The ICCVDM 2021 was a leading conference for about 110 researchers from different countries and territories to present their research results about Computer Vision and Data Mining. During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches.List of Committee member is available in this pdf.
