List of Organizing Committee, International Programme Committee and Congratulatory Letter are available in this pdf.9th International Scientific Conference: “TechSys 2020” – Engineering, Technologies and Systems is organized by Technical University of Sofia, Plovdiv Branch. It was held on 14-16 May 2020 at Plovdiv, Bulgaria under the frame of “Science Days of Technical University of Sofia” and supported by the University Scientific and Research Sector.The organization of the conference started very successfully, but the unexpected development of the situation with COVID-19 and the imposed restrictions on holding mass events, travel restrictions and the responsibility for the health of the participants put the organizing committee in a difficult situation. Encouraged by the enthusiasm of the participants and their conviction that the circumstances should not hinder the scientific research, the pursuit of innovation and the sharing of good ideas, the Organizing Committee decided to hold the conference online.All participants and organizers managed to cope with the limitations in a great way and turn them into an occasion for new activities and creative solutions. This proved very useful experience from which we can draw good ideas and develop them in the future editions of the conference.
