Abstract
The 4th International Conference on Emerging Technologies in Computer Engineering: Data Science & Blockchain (ICETCE-2021) was held at Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management and Gramothan (SKIT), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, on February 3rd – 4th, 2021 with the aim to provide a platform for researchers working in the field of computer science to present the state-of-the- art methodologies, novel ideas, and high-quality research papers.The inaugural session of the conference witnessed plenary talks by Dr. Arun K Somani, Associate Dean of Research, College of engineering, Iowa State University and Prof. Seeram Ramakrishnan, Vice President- Research Strategy & Professor – Faculty of Engineering, National University of Singapore (NUS) Singapore. The conference guests were Ms. Mona Bhardwaj, Country Manager, University Relations, IBM Research, India, and Mr. Victor Sundarraj A., Head – Engineering and Emerging Technologies Academy, Infosys Ltd.Numerous participants and representatives from Academia, Industry, Media, Government of Rajasthan, Research and Student community participated in the conference. A total of 110 research papers were submitted from across the world. All papers undergone rigorous peer-review process and finally 22 papers were presented and selected for inclusion in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science & Engineering.Through this forum we would like to take a chance to thank people behind the success of this conference. First and foremost, we want to thank IOP Science and their representatives and Conference Quality Specialist for their continuous support and regular reminders if somehow, we got off track. We wish to thank the management of Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management and Gramothan (SKIT), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, for providing the best infrastructure to organize this conference. We are also thankful to our technical partners IBM India, Infosys Ltd. and Natural group for their aggressive involvement and support during such technical events.
