Abstract
Professional connotation construction determines the quality and levels of personnel training. In the construction of the characteristic of nursing professional application, Qiqihar Medical University seized the opportunity of professional certification, began from professional accreditation standards and put an emphasis on continuous improvement to lead standards certification. This standards strive to promote the professional connotation construction and throughout the procedure of professional education and teaching.
