Abstract
Professional accreditation is an effective method to guarantee the quality of professional education internationally. Currently, professional accreditation of public management (health management direction) has not been developed, and problems of professional construction are needed to be solved. This paper will define goals of professionals cultivation, construct the scheme of professionals cultivation, strengthen the cultivation of ability of students, improve the quality of professional education and promote the development of health management education by introducing the idea of professional accreditation.
