Abstract
Malignant tumors of the salivary glands account for 3–5 % of all head and neck cancers. Adenocystic carcinomas are malignant neoplasms that most often arise from large and small salivary glands. The disease is characterized by a progressive course with local and distant relapses.The article presents a clinical case of successful treatment with lenvatinib in suboptimal doses of adenocystic carcinoma of the parotid salivary gland.
