Abstract
portuguesO artigo trata das politicas e estrategias de internacionalizacao da Educacao Profissional e Tecnologica (EPT) no Centro Estadual de Educacao Tecnologica Paula Souza (CEETEPS), no Instituto Federal de Educacao, Ciencia e Tecnologia do Sul de Minas Gerais (IFSULDEMINAS) e no Instituto Federal de Sao Paulo (IFSP), considerando as propostas internacionais e governamentais e as estrategias institucionais de internacionalizacao da educacao de cada uma das instituicoes pesquisadas. A intencao e compreender como as instituicoes de EPT analisadas incorporam estas diretrizes e politicas no âmbito de suas instituicoes e a maneira como instauram significados institucionais e politicos ao processo de internacionalizacao da educacao, tendo em vista as condicoes iniciais de sua efetivacao. Foi realizada pesquisa bibliografica a partir de diferentes analises, assim como entende Saravia(2006), ao analisar com profundidade o processo das politicas publicas. A partir desta e de outras leituras, buscou-se estudar a internacionalizacao da EPT a partir de diferentes contextos institucionais ao compreender as condicoes das instituicoes e o papel de cada ator social no processo. Conclui-se que apesar das acoes de internacionalizacao da EPT no Brasil serem recentes, ha um movimento nas tres instituicoes pesquisadas para desenvolver orgaos administrativos e instrumentos de normatizacao da internacionalizacao da EPT. EnglishThe article deals with the internationalization policies and strategies of Professional and Technological Education (EPT) at the Paula Souza State Center for Technological Education (CEETEPS), the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Southern Minas Gerais (IFSULDEMINAS) and the Federal Institute of Sao Paulo. (IFSP), considering the international and governmental proposals for EPT and the institutionalization strategies of each of the researched institutions. The intention is to understand how EPT institutions incorporate the guidelines and orientations of the internationalization policies of professional education within their institutions and the way they establish institutional and political meanings in the process of internationalization of education in view of the initial conditions of education. Bibliographic research was carried out from different analyzes, as Saravia(2006) understands, whwn analyzing in depth the public policy process. From this and other readings, we sought to study the internalization of EPT from different institutional contexts by understanding the conditions of the institutions and the role of each social actor in the process. It is concluded that although the actions of internationalization of EPT Brazil are recent, there is a movement in the three researched instituitions to develop administrative bodies and instruments for standardizing the internationalization of EPT.
