Abstract
The preparation of octahedral Ru(III), Rh(III) and Ir(III) complexes of adenosine and xanthosine are reported. The complexes are characterised by their elemental analysis, conductivity and IR data. The coordinating site in nucleosides seems to be the N 7 as is the case reported in platinum(II) complexes.
