Abstract

The Individual Educational Route (IER) of extra-curriculum work guarantees the compliance with the essential pedagogical terms and methods that in their turn allow reaching the goals of modern high education. In the article, the author examines the theoretical aspect of planning of the IER within the student’s extra-curriculum work. Purpose : Formation of the prospective teacher’s spiritual and moral values. Methods : In the course of the research, the author used such pedagogical methods as pedagogical observation, survey, dialogue, and pedagogical experiment. Results : The author developed and introduced a model of the IER within students’ extra-curriculum work towards formation of their spiritual and moral values.
