Abstract
The purpose of the study is the extraction, separation of organic compounds from the root of stinging nettle (Urtica Dioica L.), purification of the isolated compounds and their physico-chemical study. Extraction of the aboveground and underground parts of stinging nettle (Urtica Dioica L.) - the region of Shahrinav district was carried out; The conditions, methods and development of the methodology for the separation of organic compounds from extracts of the aboveground and underground parts of the stinging nettle (Urtica Dioica L.) from the Shahrinav district were established, and the class and organic substances in their composition were determined; the methods of infrared spectrum, mass spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance, proton magnetic resonance, elemental analysis, qualitative reactions, thin-layer chromatography and mass spectrometry were used to determine the structure, composition and purity of the compounds isolated from extracts of the aboveground and underground parts of the stinging nettle (Urtica Dioica L.) from the Shahrinav district.
