Abstract

AbstractAn expedient synthesis of silyl ethers is reported via photocatalytic free radical coupling of ketones with hydrosilanes and subsequent [1, 2]‐Brook rearrangement. This strategy features the advantages of 100 % atom economy, environmental friendliness, easily available starting materials as well as late‐stage functionalization of complex molecules.
