Abstract

The results of investigation of the phase equilibrium of systems with upper and lower critical dissolution temperatures and also crystalline phase separation in static and dynamic conditions are presented. The role of the hydrodynamic field is considered in relation to the rate of shear, concentration and surface energy of the components.
