Abstract
n the present paper the questions concerning a role of cognitive disorders as one of the leading neurological disturbances within the framework of postcovid syndrome have been looked. A main attention paid to possibilities of strategy of neuroprotection in treatment of dysfunction of cognitive sphere. With this point of view clinical possibilities and advantages of citicoline (Ticoline) as a main instrument in realization of membranoprotection’s strategy and activation of cholinergic neurotransmission have been looked. Mechanisms of action of citicoline, its clinical efficacy and safety have been analyzed in details. Expediency of prescribing of Ticoline in patients with cognitive impairments after the postponed COVID-19 has been grounded.
