Abstract
Transportation of people using motorized vehicles is not on a route, which is further regulated by the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 108 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Transportation of People with Public Motor Vehicles not in a Route. In this study using normative legal methods, namely by examining library legal materials and secondary data.
