Abstract

We report a case of antenatal severe pre-eclampsia which was complicated by postpartum HELLP syndrome, acute kidney injury and postpartum cardiomyopathy. A 35-year-old patient in her 34th week of gestation underwent a cesarean section in view of severe pre-eclampsia. She developed HELLP syndrome postpartum, which was complicated by acute kidney injury.
