Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing path used in the differentiated thyroid cancer patients.Methods Eighty patients with differentiated thyroid cancer in the period from Jan.2009 to Dec.2012 were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional care; 40 patients in the observation group were given perioperative clinical nursing path.The complications,as well as nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the obvious difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After intervention,SAS score in the observation group and the control group improved than before the operation,the SAS score in the observation group significantly improved than that in the control group after intervention (P < 0.05).87.50% of the patients were satisfied with the care in the observation group,57.50% in the control group,the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the obvious difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions To take clinical path nursing care for patients with differentiated thyroid cancer in the operative period can be effective in reducing complications and is conducive to the establishment of a good nursepatient relationship.
