Abstract

Project activity is closely related to facilities capable of supporting the sustainability of projects is often called the project facilities. Site Layout Planning aims to put the facilities while the project is in an optimal location although the distance between facilities with one another. Site Layout optimized so that can increase efectivity and productivity of a project. In this research there are two data, primary data and secondary data. Were included in the primary file is image of Layout project, the real distance between the facilities, frequency of travel, and the value of the safety in the project. Optimization method used in this research is the analysis of multi objectives function: analysis Travelling distance (distance of travel) and analysis Safety Index (security value). Values TD and SI will be totalized by using a predetermined proportion so that it can be seen most optimal Site Layout. In this study several alternatives removal facilities, and a scenario which has a total the lowest value SI and TD is the most optimal Site Layout. From the calculation it is known that the minimum value of TD contained in alternative 3 is equal to 1.456,8 with a decrease of 9,21% of the existing condition. While the value of the minimum SI contained in 3th alternative in the amount of 209 with a decrease of 9,9% from existing conditions. And after the merger obtained that 3th alternative is the most optimal Site Layout in Semantok Maindam Nganjuk.
