Abstract

The need for adequate bandwidth in government institutions has become one of the most demanding requirements of our society. The objective of this study is to analyze the use of bandwidth and technological interconnectivity among government agencies of the State of Tabasco in the context of COVID-19, and the perception of its use by users, for this, a quantitative survey applied online, with a universe of 5,779 sites and public spaces was used. The results show the importance of having connectivity in all agencies and the need to rethink their capabilities. Likewise, the 221 applications and services in use need to be equipped with IT security tools. From the aspect of SARS-CoV-2, digital inclusion is fundamental for the development and growth of the entity and finally this information has important implications for decision making in public administration.
