Abstract

Education is the main human part to improve something that is not good to be something good. Religious and moral values education is part of the aspects of early childhood development that are often neglected. Religious and moral education is one part of early childhood self-development that has been carried out since the golden age. The purpose of this study is to understand educator strategies in cultivating religious and moral values in early childhood. This study applies a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. As for the research subjects in this study, namely 2 class teachers and 2 assistants. The results of the study prove that the strategy used by educators at TKN Pembina Ampenan in cultivating moral and religious values is carried out by making habits which in their activities include saying greetings every day and shaking hands, playing with mutual respect among others, praying and reading prayers with the religion and beliefs adhered to. children, eating and washing hands together, praying before and after studying, and getting to know all of God's creation with friends.
