Abstract

This research aims to explore the implications of organizational culture and organizational commitment on staff performance at the Trenggalek Regency Tourism and Culture Office. In the period from August 2022 to January 2023, quantitative research methods were used with 79 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected via questionnaire using a Likert scale, then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings show that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on staff performance, with a p-value reaching 0.000. Likewise, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on staff performance, with a p-value of 0.012. With a coefficient of determination of 0.471, around 47.1% of the variation in staff performance can be explained by organizational culture and organizational commitment.
