Abstract

The author conducts research on application performance measurement because the performance of an information technology application has an influence on user performance of the application. Therefore, the authors measure the performance of the SiCUNDO application in one of the savings and credit institutions in Pontianak. This measurement aims to find out how far the suitability between the application of the application to the performance of the existing application so far. The form of research that I do is case studies with interview data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation, the author's research variables are single variables namely SiCUNDO application performance measurement. The performance measurement method used is the Balanced Scorecard IT method with four perspectives used as a reference in assessing application performance, namely organizational contribution, user orientation, operational excellence and future orientation. The results of the application performance measurement show the acquisition value for each perspective. The highest perspective is user orientation by 21.50%, both future orientations are 20.40%, all three organizational contributions are 19.98% and the lowest operational advantage is 19.08% from the target of each perspective of 25%. To be able to survive in a constantly changing competition, it is not enough to rely solely on the application of information technology through an application, it is also necessary to be supported by competent and experienced human resources in their fields.
