Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Work From Home and Burnout on Employee Performance at PT. Samudra Mulia Abadi Manado. This research used a quantitative approach, with a sample of 62 respondents. The sampling technique in this research uses a technique of Purposive Sampling. The analysis technique used in this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on statistical testing, it shows that there is a significant negative influence between working from Home on Employee Performance. Then this research found that there was a significant positive influence between Burnout on Employee Performance. Furthermore, this research also found that there was a significant positive influence between work From Home to Burnout. By paying attention to the empirical evidence from the results of this research, it is hoped that it will be implemented Work From Home in the future, we can have a flexible work environment, internet network and electronic devices that support work activities carried out from home.
