Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out how the spatial layout of active medical records affects the productivity of medical records officers at RSUD Sumedang. In this study, quantitative methods are used, with data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the layout of the active medical record has a significant impact on the productivity of medical record officers in RSUD Sumedang. Therefore, it can be concluded that the structure of active medical records has a significant effect on the production of medical records officers at RSUD. To improve the efficiency and productivity of medical records officers, it is necessary to improve the spatial structure of active medical records and the quality of training.
