Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and incentives on employee performance through job satisfaction at Central Yamaha Jember. The population of this study is Central Yamaha Jember employees with a population of 60 employees. The sample used was 42 employees. The sample technique used is Probability Sampling. The data analysis method uses path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results show that job stress has a direct effect on job satisfaction. Incentives have a direct effect on job satisfaction. Work stress does not directly affect employee performance. Incentives have no direct effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. Work stress has a direct effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Incentives have a direct effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
