Abstract

Every company wants employees in their company to have good job satisfaction so that company goals can be achieved properly. Problem formulation 1) Does reward have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City? 2) Does leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City? 3) Do rewards and leadership style together have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City? This study aims to analyze whether rewards and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction at Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees of the Latansa Hotel Bengkulu City totaling 30 employees. the sample is 30 people. Based on the results of the research Reward has a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Latansa Bengkulu, meaning that if the reward increases, the employee's performance will also increase. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Latansa Bengkulu, meaning that if leadership style increases, employee performance will also increase. Reward and leadership style together have a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Latansa Bengkulu, meaning that if rewards and leadership styles increase, employee performance will also increase.
