Abstract

The aim of the research is to explain the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction in PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya in the HR and P2K management division. Research through the use of saturated sample techniques as many as 60 respondents and using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the research are the perception of organizational support that is not significant to OCB, perceptions of organizational support are not significant to job satisfaction, organizational culture is significant positive towards OCB, organizational culture is significantly positive on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is significant positive for OCB, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of perceived support. organization towards OCB, job satisfaction mediates organizational culture towards OCB.
