Abstract
Sungai Penuh City Inspectorate is an agency in charge 0f providing services to society and is an institution of full of responsibility to mayor management. The essence of SungaiPenuh City Inspectorate is supervise execution of affair the local goverment, construcions implementation of government of village and excecution of affair government at village that the implementation is done by the employees in that organitation. To solve the problem in this research author using analysis. That is shape number analysis. In this case author using statistical analysis is a method to earn, process, and present. Analyze interpret data to the number exist. Research result there is influence that significant among work experiences in influencing increased expertise to the employees on the counter of Sungai Penuh Cityinapectorate. That counted by determinant coefficient, its meant 12,25% explained by experience variable. While the rest of it 87,75% determined by another variable that is not researched in this research.
