Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward dan punishment terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 023972 Kecamatan Binjai Kota T.A 2023/2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V berjumlah 40 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh dalam hal ini peneliti mengambil semua anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian eksperimen metode Quasi Experimental Design, dimana penelitiannya tidak dapat memberikan kontrol penuh, dengan menggunakan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa “Terdapat pengaruh pemberian reward dan punishment terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA dan IPA siswa kelas V SDN 023972 Wilayah Kota Binjai TA 2023/2024”.
