Abstract

This research was conducted from July 2022 to September 2022 at UPT Balai Seed Horticulture, Bonto-bonto Hamlet, Parangloe Village, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two factors, the first factor was the dose of liquid organic fertilizer for vegetable waste with 4 levels, namely: No treatment, 20 ml/l, 50 ml/l, 80 ml/l The second factor was distance planting with 2 levels, namely: Spacing 25 cm x 25 cm and 30 cm x 30 cm. There were 8 treatment combinations, each treatment was repeated 3 times to obtain 24 experimental units. The results showed that the liquid organic fertilizer of vegetable waste at a dose of 50 ml/l had a very significant effect on the average plant height, namely 22.36 cm, number of leaves 12.77 pieces, fresh weight per plot 1.70 kg, weight consumption per plot was 799 grams and production per hectare is 14.12 tons/ha. Giving a spacing of 30 cm x 30 cm has a very significant effect on fresh weight per plant, which is 719.33 grams on kale.
