Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To analyze the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior on Intent to Stay 2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on Intent to Stay on the vocational school teacher in Mojokerto regency 3) Analyze the influence of Intent to Stay for the SMK teacher on job satisfaction 4) Analyze the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior to job satisfaction 5) Analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction 6) Analyze the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior and organizational culture on job satisfaction directly and indirectly to Intent to Stay. This Research Is an explanatory research. The samples used were 91 respondents of vocational school teachers in Mojokerto regency but who returned questionnaires of 48 people, the method of data collection was questionnaire. Statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation of the alleged value of the variables is done with the help of SPSS version 20 program. From the research results can be summarized as follows: 1) Organizational citizenship behavior has no significant effect on Intent to Stay. 2) organizational culture has significant effect on Intent to Stay. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior has no significant effect on performance. 4) organizational culture has no significant effect on performance. 5) Intent to Stay has no significant effect on performance. 6) Organizational citizenship behavior and organizational culture have a significant effect directly or indirectly on performance through Intent to Stay variables.
