Abstract

Problem Based Learning Based on Ethnoscience accompanied by studying social attitudes where researchers found problems, namely students lacking honesty, self-confidence, responsible attitudes, polite attitudes, and caring attitudes towards both teachers and their own friends in communicating and listening to other opinions from friends. In this case also, social attitudes in the Ministry of Education and Culture's laws in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 21 of 2016 explains that explaining social attitudes is an attitude that shows honest, disciplined, polite and courteous behavior, self-confidence and responsibility in interacting and communicating with teachers, friends and family, neighbors and the country which aims to show a person to hone communication and critical thinking in making decisions and acting in society with a good and friendly attitude. This research aims to test how much influence the ethnoscience-based problem based learning model has on the social skills of students at SMPN 1 Ngrambe Ngawi. Based on this, this research uses quantitative research, where quantitative research is a type of data processing research. This research uses quantitative expo the facto, and this research uses SPSS 2023 data analysis with simple regression. Based on the results of the research, the researchers found that the problem based learning model based on ethnoscience had an effect on the social skills of junior high school students by 60.4%.

 Problem Based Learning Berbasis Etnosains disertai mengkaji tentang sikap sosial yang dimana peneliti menemukan masalah yaitu siswa kurang bersikap jujur, sikap percaya diri, sikap tanggung jawab, sikap sopan santun, dan sikap peduli baik kepada guru maupun teman sendiri dalam berkomunikasi serta mendengarkan pendapat lain dari teman. Dalam hal ini juga bahwa sikap sosial dalam undang undang kemendikbud dalam Permendikbud No. 21 Tahun 2016 menjelaskan bahwa menjelaskan sikap sosial merupakan suatu sikap yang menunjukan perilaku jujur, disiplin, sopan dan santun, percaya diri dan tanggung jawab dalam berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dengan guru,teman dan keluarga, tetangga dan negara yang bertujuan untuk menunjukkan pada suatu orang untuk mengasah komunikasi dan berfikir kritis dalam mengambil keputusan maupun bertindak dalam bermasyarakat dengan atitude atau sikap yamg baik dan ramah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning berbasis etnosains terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa SMPN 1 Ngrambe Ngawi. Bedasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang dimana penelitian kuantitatif ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengolahan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif expo the facto, serta penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data SPSS 2023 dengan regresi sederhana. Bedasarkan hasil dari penelitian peneliti menghasilkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning berbasis etnosains berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa SMP sebesar 60,4%.
