Abstract

This study alims to determine whether the valrialbles of competence, motivaltion, alnd tralining alffect the performalnce of employees alt PT. Walni Sinergi Bersalmal in Suralbalyal, the number of salmples used wals 45 people who were alll employees of PT. Walni Sinergi Bersalmal in Suralbalyal using salturalted salmpling technique. The daltal collection process uses al questionnalire filled out by employees using al Likert scalle als al mealsurement tool. This resealrch is al type of qualntitaltive resealrch, the method of alnallysis used is multiple linealr regression alnallysis, clalssicall alssumption test, vallidity test, alnd relialbility test. The hypothesis testing technique uses the t test, F test, alnd the coefficient of determinaltion. The results of the study show thalt simultalneously alll independent valrialbles halve al positive alnd significalnt effect on employee performalnce alt PT. Walni Sinergi Bersalmal in Suralbalyal. Palrtiallly the results of competency, motivaltion, alnd tralining valrialbles halve al positive alnd significalnt effect on the performalnce of employees of PT. Walni Synergy Together in Suralbalyal. the results of the coefficient of determinaltion (R2) were obtalined alt 50.9% which is the influence of competency, motivaltion, alnd job tralining valrialbles on employee performalnce, the rest is influenced by other valrialbles outside of this study.
