Abstract

This This study aims to examine, 1) the effect of Principal Transformational Leadership on teacher performance, 2) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, 3) the effect of school climate on teacher performance, and 4) the influence of Principal Transformational Leadership on teacher performance. motivation and school climate on performance. teacher at a public junior high school in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. The research method used is the associative method with a quantitative approach, to 60 teachers, with data collection techniques using closed questionnaires. The analytical method used is a path analysis approach. The results showed that there was a positive influence of the Principal's Transformational Leadership factor on the teacher's performance of SMP Negeri Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency, which was 26.09%. The influence of work motivation factors on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Peusangan, Bireuen Regency is 19.74%, and school climate factors are very influential on teacher performance, which is 29.30%. And simultaneously Principal Transformational Leadership, teacher work motivation and school climate have a significant effect on teacher performance, with the contribution of these three factors amounting to 75.1%.
