Abstract

The implementation of good governance for government agencies is very important because the application of good governance principles in government agencies is considered necessary for research given the importance of the level of achievement of good governance implementation and its effect on improving performance by maximizing the role of leadership in carrying out the principles of good governance implementation effectively and efficiently. The research methods used are descriptive and verificative methods that are implemented through data collection in the field. The sampling used in this study used proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive analysis and verificative analysis that can help in processing, analyzing, and interpreting the data studied. The analytical techniques used in this study use regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS, data obtained that shows that partially leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, as well as good governance has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of simultaneous research proved that leadership and good governance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
