Abstract

The Effect of Spiritual Intelligence on Nurse Performance in Inpatient Installation at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Spiritual Intelligence on Nurse Performance in Inpatient Installation at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung and to determine its direct effect. The research method used is a correlational research method by taking a sample of 35 nurses from a total population of 141 inpatient nurses Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung. The results of the correlation test using Pearson's product moment correlation showed that the spiritual intelligence of inpatients was in the moderate category, and had an effect value on performance of 6.2%. Thus according to the research hypothesis, spiritual intelligence affects the performance of nurses at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung.
