Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the character of responsibility on thelearning outcomes of Basic Banking at SMK Mandiri Pontianak. This study uses aquantitative approach, comparative causal method (expost facto). The sample in thisstudy used a total sampling technique in class X Accounting students at SMK MandiriPontianak in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 35 people.The data collection method used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity andreliability. This research uses normality test, linearity test, simple linear regressiontest, and hypothesis testing. Based on the simple linear regression test, the equation Y= 64,465+0,055X is obtained. The results of this study indicate that there is a positiveinfluence of the character of responsibility on the learning outcomes of Basic Bankingstudents at SMK Mandiri Pontianak, as evidenced by the t-test value of tcount > ttable value (5.394 > 2.035), significance of 0.00 <0.05, and coefficient ofdetermination test. of 46.9%, the remaining 53.1% is determined by other factors notdiscussed in this study.Keywords: Basic Banking, Learning Outcomes, Responsibility Character.
