Abstract

The leadership style possessed by a person will influence the smooth running of work activities. This research aims to determine the significant influence of leadership style on employee morale. at PT. Laju Perdana Indah East OKU, while the aim of this research is to determine leadership style on employee morale. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a strong relationship between leadership style and employee morale. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires as well as literature study. From the calculation results, the number r = 0.249 is obtained. after consulting with conservative standards it turns out that 0.249 is located between 0.200 – 0.399 which is included in low correlation. Then tested with a hypothesis test and obtained to = 0.704 so if it is connected to the t value at a confidence level of 0.95 which means the error level is 0.05, the calculated t is smaller than the t table (0.704 is smaller than 1.860).
