Abstract
This research is entitled "The Influence of Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest in Management Study Program Students, Pasundan University (Class of 2018-2020)". The problem phenomenon in this study is that the unemployment rate in Indonesia is still very high. The entrepreneurial interest of students from the Management Study Program at Pasundan University (Class of 2018-2020) is still low at 3.06% of students who have an entrepreneurial interest. Self-efficacy is still low at 2.86% and entrepreneurial motivation at 2.93%. The hypothesis of this research consists of a simultaneous hypothesis, namely that self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation influence entrepreneurial interest. The partial hypothesis is that there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest and the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest. This study aims to determine how much influence self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation have on entrepreneurial interest in students of Pasundan University Management Study Program (Class of 2018-2020). The research method used is descriptive and verification with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis simultaneously and partially, hypothesis testing simultaneously, and partial analysis of the coefficient of determination simultaneously or partially. The results showed that self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation positively and significantly affected entrepreneurial interest.
