Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance on company value. The dependent variable in this research is Tobin's Q, while the independent variables consist of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, size of the board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners and audit committee. The sampling method in this research uses a purposive sampling method for food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2015 to 2019. The sample data for this research is 17 companies. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that managerial ownership does not have a significant effect on company value, while other independent variables have a positive and significant effect on company value.
