PENDEKATAN DAN MODEL BIMBINGAN KONSELING

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of various problems on this earth, Counseling Guidance is present as an institution providing assistance and therapy to problematic people, providing guidance and counseling and helping solve the problems they face. The purpose of this research is to develop knowledge about various counseling guidance approaches that can be used in the counseling process. The research uses the method of literature study or literature review. The results of the discussion show that the approach in counseling guidance is the basis for a counseling practice, there are 11 clearly described counseling guidance approaches that can assist counselors in the process of providing assistance to counseling. One of the approaches referred to is a behavioral approach which is widely used in counseling guidance in schools. Many counseling techniques are found in the behavioral approach, 3 of which are often used are self-management techniques, homework techniques and funishment techniques.
