Abstract

The aim of implementing this Community-Based Empowerment is to improve the ability of teachers at SD Negeri 027 Rambah in making and using mathematics teaching aids. The method for implementing mentoring is 1) Approach, namely a continuous active participatory approach between the proposing team and partners, as the PMP controller plays an active role in providing regular mentoring and coaching to partners. 2) Work program, by making preparations, implementation and 3) evaluation and monitoring. The result of this PBM is an increase in active teacher participation, namely all teachers at SD Negeri 027 Rambah actively participate in mentoring activities. All teachers are able to create and use mathematical teaching aids.
