Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is one of the efforts that can be made by an organization or institution to manage its human resources in order to achieve goals together and optimally. One part of HRM is the training and development of human resources, which is a method commonly used in an organization or agency, especially in the field of education. This is because it can support education so that it can develop even more. For example, in terms of the quality of education, the quality of teaching or educational staff and students, graduates, or the output produced from education, The researcher chose the UPI Pilot Laboratory High School because it is one of the educational institutions in the city of Bandung that usually participates in training and development activities for teachers and their students. The research results obtained regarding human resource training and development are very good to emulate for other schools, because the purpose of participating in this training and development is to improve the quality of education in the school concerned
