As CMAME2020 technical committees, our reviewer will carefully check if this paper conforms to conference topic… The reviewers will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of manuscripts, contributions, and the potential impacts of the paper, while the innovation in the paper contents is necessary for CMAME acceptance. If the paper is weak…our reviewer will make suggestions for improvement and publication alternatives. We will contrast the similarity on submissions and published paper, if the similarity is up to 35%, the paper will be rejected for duplicate publication.• Contact person for queries: John Mo, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia, john.mo@rmit.edu.au
