All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing.• Type of peer review: Double-Blind review• Conference submission management system: All papers are submitted through easychair online portal.• Number of submissions received: 112• Number of submissions sent for review: 84• Number of submissions accepted: 42• Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted / Number of Submissions Received X 100): 37.5%• Average number of reviews per paper: 5-7• Total number of reviewers involved: 32• Any additional info on review process: The research papers are invited for the possible publication from all around the world and we have received 112 research papers in total. The first step we have taken is analyze all received research papers for the plagiarism. Further, 84 research papers are selected for the review process those have low percentage of plagiarism. The review procedure is totally double blinded review process. Initially, a list of reviewers is prepared with their specialization and field of interest. List is also attached for your reference. Based on the list, we have sent abstract of the research papers to seek the consent for reviewing. If any of first two reviewers doesn’t give their consent then the abstract is forwarded to the next reviewer. This way we have started the review process. A review report is also provided to all reviewers to ease the review process. Out of the two reviewers, if one reviewer has rejected the research paper and another has resent the paper for the major revisions then the research paper is forwarded to the third reviewer for the reviewing. But if the third reviewer has also rejected the research paper then the paper is rejected. We have given at least three chances to authors for the possible revision i.e., initially as per the plagiarism report and then after based on the reviewer’s comments. After receiving the final draft of the research paper, the research paper is again analyzed for the plagiarism. Finally, authors are requested to provide their research papers in the template of the IOP.• Contact person for queries: Dr. Sanjeev Kumar,Dean (A) & HOD (ME)Krishna Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Indiadeana@krishnacollege.ac.in
