Abstract
Preventive vaccination is particularly important in children as their bodies are highly susceptible to infectious diseases. However, despite significant achievements in the field of vaccination, it is crucial to note that preventive vaccination is not without complications. This necessitates careful monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of used vaccines, as well as the implementation of effective feedback mechanisms to collect data on potential post-vaccination reactions and complications. Currently, the level of feedback within pediatric vaccination is limited, and healthcare professionals often face limitations in providing information and support to parents and patients. Therefore, it is essential toconduct an interview analysis to assess the current situation, identify issues, and determine the necessary measures for the development of a feedback module that meets the needs of patients, their parents, and medical professionals in terms of information, support, and timely response to post-vaccination reactions and complications.
