In order to determine the cardioprotective effect of metabolic therapy, the results of the digital processing of the standard using the own software Smart ECG with the evaluation of effects in patients with ischemic heart disease (stable angina II functional class in comparison with the group of acute Q-myocardial infarction) were analysed . The possibility of an effective quantitative evaluation of the during its digital processing (digitalization) using the own software Smart ECG in these patient groups was proved. In comparison with the results of the study at myocardial infarction, in contrast to stable angina, tivortin reduces the SDNN index and activates a sympathetic contour. It is positive to reduce the dispersion of the QT interval when using tivortin and corvitin. Also, these drugs reduce ST segment depression in myocardial infarction, and consequently reduce the risk of ischemia and do not increase the risk of arrhythmic death. The anti-ischemic direction of the ratio of the maximum velocities of the differentiated T wave is more pronounced in tivortin than in corvitin. Quantitative evaluation of with its digital processing can be recommended to increase the effectiveness of an individual approach in the treatment of patients with acute and chronic ischemic heart disease with objective cardioprotection.
