Abstract

The issues of developing the technology for designing out-of-school activity of senior pupils in physical education are addressed. The proposed technology includes structural, realizational, performance-evaluative levels and covers a number of measures that affect the involvement of senior schoolchildren in physical culture and health-related activities, differ from the existing ones in the degree of development, structure and content and allow to streamline the system of technical assistance to teachers of physical culture in planning and organizing extra-curricular activities. Stage-by-stage introduction of technology has made it possible to involve children of senior school age in physical culture, health-related and recreational activities, and has contributed to the formation of a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle and motor activity.
