Abstract
Pathogenic mechanisms of psoriasis based but rather considered in scientific circles hereditary component, and even on the mechanisms of metabolic changes in the functioning of various organs and tissues that are not well understood. Key mechanisms of psoriasis researchers include disorders in lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, as well as changes in the antioxidant system of cells. The leading role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis in the scientific literature confer on oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis, which is associated with the adaptive-compensatory mechanisms of neurohumoral and metabolic control. This review reveals the feasibility of further, more in-depth studies of pathogenetic mechanisms of development of psoriasis based on the study of metabolic disorders in this pathology.

Зазначені ліпопротеїни мають низьку спорідненість до ЛПНЩ-рецепторів і тривалий час циркулюють у кровотоку, окиснюються, утворюючи хімічно модифіковані ЛПНЩ, які легко та неконтрольовано захоплюються макрофагами
ВИСНОВКИ Таким чином, сучасний рівень знань дозволяє розглядати псоріаз як хворобу, у патогенезі якої поряд зі спадковою схильністю важливу роль відіграють порушення не тільки імунного гомеостазу, стану адаптації і регуляції нейроендокринної системи, але й порушення метаболічних процесів, механізми яких вивчено недостатньо
Summary
ВСТУП Незважаючи на широке розповсюдження псоріазу і чисельність наукових робіт з зазначеного патологічного процесу, на теперішній час не сформульовано однозначних уявлень про його патогенез. Деякі автори показали, що в патогенезі псоріазу важливу роль відіграють порушення ліпідного обміну, що дало можливість розглядати псоріаз як ліпідоз дерми або «холестероловий діатез».
