Abstract
<p>Gilles Nadeau, founder of the Cahiers francophones de soins palliatifs, has been the journal's editor for over 20 years. He offers us a privileged moment to retrace his journey as a spiritual guide in palliative and end-of-life care, and as founder and editor of the Cahiers. We would like to thank him warmly for his investment and commitment to developing and maintaining the transfer of knowledge through the Cahiers francophones de soins palliatifs.
