Preview: [The concept of partnership discourse, a practical application of social constructionism, is a shift away from traditional, hierarchical approaches to supervision. A heterarchical alternative is offered for an inclusiveness of perspectives, elaboration of constructed narratives, and the creative ornamentation of possibilities in supervision.
